Gavin and his coworker were very professional, punctual and performed an excellent cleaning service for Vortex Duct Cleaning Service. Everything was cleaned up after they finished and the whole house has lost that musty smell. Well done!
The two guys were very nice and got right to work without disturbing much. There was a mess made accidentally but the company followed thru and offered to come back and clean it up or offered a $50 refund for the mess. I had already cleaned it up so they are sending me a check. Excellent customer service! Mistakes…
After multiple inspections by different companies we had Vortex come out and Shaun was by far the most thorough in his inspection..attic, crawl space, checked nearly every vent, opened up the hvac handler and found our Mold source. He answered all my questions and gave a detailed explanation of remediation plans.…
Hard working guys, quick and efficient work! Prices were fair!
Pretty awesome service! The stuff they took out of the ducts was surprising. Nothing crazy just a lot of things you find from the ducts of a 50 year old system. The team was professional and prompt. The price was good, too. Highly recommend!
The Vortex crew came on time and they were workers !!!!! They took before and after pics of the ductwork. By nature, I'm curious how things work and they took time to answer questions since we've never had this done. You could definitely tell a big difference in the before and after pics. We have both metal…
Shawn came out and took a look at some mold issues our house was having. Not only did he take the time to explain how and where the mold grew, but what each remediation step looks like and carefully explained the methodology behind it. He was very thorough in the inspection of our ventilation systems and overall…
Very professional and affordable- fixed our mold issue :) thank u! Will be using again Shawn does great work!
Rocky kept us informed of the process with details of how it would be accomplished and photo examples of what he was finding.
Punctual, kind and efficient. We had a great experience with Vortex, especially for our first time having air ducts cleaned. We were shown before and after pictures that showed how badly the cleaning was needed and I was impressed with how much they were able to clean out of our vents and not notice residual dust or…
The guys were super nice and helpful. Gave me some advice on what to look for when it is time to clean the dryer vent. Having been through a fire many years ago it is extremely important to stay on top of those things and be informed.
Great job and very polite worker’s . Very efficient and explained everything they were going to do before they did it . Price was a little bit high but well worth it . And they showed us before and after pictures which was really helpful .

Great experience! The team was professional, on time, and did a thorough job cleaning my air vents. Highly recommend!
My experience was great! Not the outcome I had hoped for, but I would still recommend 10/10. My duct system needed more than Vortex could do, so they let me know and I wasn't charged a penny.
They were quick but thorough. They showed me pictures along the way. My biggest problem was air pressure and after they left my air pressure was back to what it was supposed to be at. Highly recommend.
Vortex lived up to the recommendations that we had received about them. After extensive remodeling by the previous owners, our "new to us" home was much in need of duct and air vent cleaning. The before and after pictures that they sent us showcased what a thorough and excellent job they did.
Emily and her crew did an excellent job of cleaning out my house's duct work. Explained the process thoroughly and then got busy. I'm breathing easier now!
As a realtor, I work with many companies that offer air duct, vent, and dryer vent cleaning services. Over the years, I’ve had my share of disappointing experiences, but Vortex has consistently exceeded my expectations. Their customer service is outstanding, their workmanship is top-notch, and their pricing is fair…

After being told no by Stovers I did not know where to turn. It was an absolute relief that Vortex was able to take care of the mold issue. They quickly and effectively communicated with me. Shawn was knowledgeable and friendly. Local service and 5 star customer service.
UPDATE: I was reached out to from Vortex to try to resolve these issues. I was able to share some valuable feedback about my experience to help future customers. While nothing can be done to resolve the frustrations we had that simply just compounded, I am happy with my experience with Natalie and her willingness…

Vortex did a great job for us! They were quick to provide a bid and quick to schedule. They made everything very easy, explained all processes very well and did a great job. I like that they are family owned and are local.
Emily and Bryson were so efficient cleaning out the vents. Emily was very kind and suggested working first in the room where my cats were crated so we could let them out asap. They were a pleasure to have doing the job.
