Shawn did a great job assessing the scope of the work needed. He was very professional and punctual and his team did a wonderful job with the remediation of the high humidity water damage in the attic area. Vortex is a great company to work with. We were able to schedule an appointment quickly, and in a timely manner.

Shawn came out pumped water after the basement of my home flooded. He worked hard after hours to dy out everything and prevent mold. He was very communicative, provided me with photos of the situation great service! Highly recommend. Natalie was so helpful during a challenging period of identifying a solution to address the flooding issues.
