Nick has serviced the whole house generator for a number of years, in fact, since it was installed. He has always been very kind and a pleasure to deal with. He oversees trainees in a good manner also. I like that he has been faithful to our service. Nick has taken over the service and does a thorough job.
They were quick, efficient and fixed our problems in about an hour & a half. Very happy to not have to do it ourselves!

Mike came out to take a look at our water heater. He arrived ahead of schedule, and diagnosed the problem within minutes. The price was definitely reasonable, and he was very professional. We would use Mike/WC Borchelt & Sons again for any other needs we have. Thanks Mike, you did great, we appreciate it!
I told them about a suspected leaking water heater. They didn’t tell me what min charge would be- just came over for 5 mins and charged me $120. I expected a trip charge and more if there was more to discover or act upon- but $120 for five mins is excessive IMO. When I called about it, I was basically told I was…
