Highly Recommend W C Borchelt & Sons– Honest, Knowledgeable, and Efficient! I cannot say enough good things about W C Borchelt & Sons. This is our second service call in two years. Their customer service is absolutely fantastic, and the technicians are incredibly efficient and knowledgeable. Our furnace is 32 years old, so we were a bit nervous when it stopped working. Their technician, Cameron, quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced the circuit board, but he didn't stop there. To give us total peace of mind, he inspected the rest of the unit to ensure it was safe to run with just the replacement part. He specifically checked the heat exchanger to confirm it was still in good, safe condition. I would also like to give Hayden a shout out for his service the previous year! It is hard to find this level of honesty and integrity in home services. Instead of trying to push an expensive, unnecessary replacement on an older unit, they fixed exactly what was needed and made sure our family would be safe and warm. If you want an HVAC company that is honest, thorough, and truly cares about their customers, look no further than W C Borchelt & Sons!
