The technician did an excellent job, and the system is working fine.
We used to choose WC Borchelt because we knew that with Scott in ownership, we would get great quality service. Since his departure we have been nothing but disappointed with this company. We had to replace our AC unit in fall of 2024 and spent around 5 grand to do so. This summer, we already started having issues…
Fantastic experience. The team replaced my mother’s old central air system with professionalism, clear communication, and great care. They worked efficiently and left everything spotless. Highly recommend.
Great people to work with.
Jake and his crew were great. They extremely professional. Made sure I liked that they were putting up. Will definitely use there services again. Jacob returned to my home to finish the install of the water heater. The water heater is working perfectly.
We have used Borchelt for years and have always received quality service. We receive great service and are treated like family. Whether they send their most senior technician or the next generation, the technician is very knowledgeable and professional. We have had them work on toilets, heating and air maintenance,…
Service Technician Chase Gorski did a great job getting our A/C running again as it has been down for about a week. Looking forward to getting a new Trane system installed.

We felt they were very affordable for all we got. We had a couple mishaps happened while they were on project and they fixed it with no fuss or problems…
We have been using them since 1982. Very nice family owned business. They were able to respond when our heat pump went out during a winter storm2022, Replaced air conditioner April 2022. Highly recommend.
I highly recommend W.C. Borchelt & Sons. I was very pleased by the entire process from the initial visit, to the finished product. During the initial visit, I had made several requests of items I wanted covered in the work. When I received my quote for the work, each item was listed in detail. The larger chain…
Very polite and thorough. I would highly recommend for any HVAC needs. We appreciated all that they did for us.
Used them at three places. Great work

Brad came out to give an estimate for a complete change-out. He was very detailed and answered every question I had. His quote came in below several competitors and with better equipment. Calvin and his team came out a few days later and had the entire system (Furnace and A/C) changed out in 1 day. Their work was…
