Update: Increased rating by 1 star. Marcus from W3 contacted me shortly after I posted this review. He apologized for our experience and issued an $800 refund as a gesture of goodwill. I appreciate that he took the time to listen to our concerns and worked to make things right. While the original project still…
We had several issues at our new home. 3 and 4 way switches that were not working, exterior lights that were not coming on etc etc. Anthony was quick to review all the issues. Once we agreed on the total price. (Not cheap, but really good) he quickly solved every issue, inspected and cleaned the main panel and gave…

Anthony came out the same day I first contacted the office. He constantly kept me in the loop on what the situation was and offered several solutions in different price ranges. Anthony himself was a very personable and knowledgeable young man. I'm glad I got home in time from work to meet him. I would highly…
I found W3 through thumbtack. I also found 4 other companies. W3 called me really quick and I had an amazing experience working with the office staff to schedule my service. The other 4 companies, I am still waiting for a call. Regardless, Jimmy called me when he was on his way and was at my place on time. We did a…

Zachary and Gabriella did an Awesome and professional job installing the outlets that I needed. They were both able to answer all questions that I had concerning the electrical connections and how they were connected together.
My second experience with W3, my first was an entire panel replacement. I needed to add a sub panel to a workshop this time. Johnathan was great at listening to what I needed, and came back with several options in different price ranges. I felt the charges were competitive, but more than that I feel like they…
This was a follow up project for Cody and W3. We decided to upgrade a Jack and Jill bathroom vanity lighting. We were originally going to removes a set of sconces and add an over mirrir fixture. Outstanding service. Very knowledgeable.
W3 Electric is my go-to for all my electrical needs. This time it was for installing a lighting fixture, as well as adding a dimmer to our tv room. London arrived on time and was a great problem solver. The result was a beautiful new light fixture in the dining room and dimmable switch for a our tv room. Thanks again, guys!
Everything was good except I feel like the cost of the services rendered was very overpriced considering the time spent completing the work.
Prompt, friendly, extremely competent, and gave good advice. A+++

Brackson, was superb, super professional and contribute to the company. Even found issues that need fixing. I would recommend you ask for him. We used W3 electric to install an outlet, wiring, and electrical box for for our pool, to repair our outdoor electrical outlets, as they had stopped working, and to install new outdoor light fixtures for the front of our house since ours were old and didn't function properly. Dusty was professional, courteous and very informative.
Responsive and on time
Dusty was absolutely wonderful. I had an extensive "to do" list and while I am a DIYer I don't do electrical. Dusty and his team member were knowledgeable and focused but took time to answer my many questions. They even helped me decide placement and decorating ideas. I was seeking a local company that could…
Anthony and Isaiah were on time, hardworking and professional.
Dealing with Aaron was a good experience. He is experienced and was able to identify my intermittent electrical problem quickly. Outstanding job! Cody was not only professional and extremely thorough but so kind. We have a 42 year old house (new to us) and at each turn, there seemed to be another janky wiring issue. He stuck with it and fixed it all! Third time using them and after this experience, I won't use anyone else

I'm providing a review a year late from when I had W3 come out to do a slew of repair work at my home, and to this day the repairs are still holding up great and I continue to recommend them. Aaron Andrews showed up and did an assessment of over 8 electrical repair needs ranging in complexity from installing a new…
Very professional, knowledgeable and timely. I will be keeping this number for any future needs down the road. Thanks!
Fred and Carson were amazing. Very friendly, timely, and knowledgeable. They were able to diagnose the problem quickly while also providing additional insight into future problems. My home is older, so just knowing what to possibly plan for and how to operate things in my home was very helpful. Lots of three-way…
W3 Electric is AWESOME! The Tech Cody Walker did an AWESOME job today. Our brand new microwave went out 2 days ago and we thought it was the microwave itself. We called W3 Electric at 9:00am and they were at our front door at 9:30am the same day! Cody showed us the outlet where the microwave was had been slowly…

Cody Walker is great! Professional, courteous, outgoing, friendly, funny(!), patient, efficient and many other positive traits. Very quickly took care of everything he was asked. Very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything, well beyond the scope of the tasks requested. I can't say enough good things. Thank you, Sir!
Aaron from W3, did a thorough assessment of the work I wanted done. He then provided an estimate of the work and completed the job in the same day. Aaron installed an interlock in my breaker box and a 50 amp generator outlet to use in a loss of power event. He also installed a power outlet in the house where I…
Cody Walker and his helper did an outstanding job! Quick, professional, respectful, and the quality of their work is matched by none! Very knowledgeable and would definitely recommend.
Wesley was extremely courteous and professional. Hands down, the most service-oriented and customer-friendly tech I’ve ever worked with. He certainly represents the company well.
Saw this company posted on Nextdoor with lots of good comments. I like using local companies when possible so decided to give them a try. Was not disappointed. Cody was early. Like that better than late. He was very knowledgeable in what he was doing and cleaned up after he was done. Will be calling them again and will be asking for Cody.

W3 Electric is the best electrician in DFW they are truly unique and stand out from the crowd. I had received about 5 other estimates several other companies didn’t want to do repair work they only wanted to quote me thousands and try to sell me into doing complete replacements instead of just fixing the issue. My…

W3 electric is the best in town! They are on time and get the job done. We have used them for several home projects and helped me surprise my husband on his birthday to help install an outdoor TV on a brick wall. SO PROFESSIONAL. Will use them every time.
I am extremely impressed with this company. I had a problem, and they took the situation very seriously and were able to come out quickly. The issue was fixed promptly and the work they did is under warranty. Bill, the owner, is excellent. I highly recommend W3!
Our home needed general repairs and an overview of the wiring installed by the previous owner. Aaron came out to our house and did an excellent job identifying issues and swiftly worked on our home. He detected an outlet that would've further deteriorated over time and would have inevitably caused major damage. I highly recommend.
I highly recommend W3 Electric. I called them to come install an appliance outlet for a new range I had purchased (the old one was poorly hardwired in). Of course, the first round of ice showed up the morning of my appointment. The owner, who had been working high priority calls closer to his home, made time to come…
W3 was very flexible in scheduling our service call. Aaron arrived on time and was knowledgeable about what it would take to repair our system. We will call them again. Thank you Aaron!
