W3 Electric was on time. Was professional and saved me a lot of money. I thought it was the thermostat that needed to be replaced. Come to find out it was the A/C unit. Ants got into the unit and ate through some wires. He replaced the wires and everything has been great. I recommend using W3.

W3 was quick to respond; next day service which was fine for my issue. Technician was knowledgeable, polite, neat. He was also very good about explaining all that he found along the way. I had an issue with a circuit and he did a thorough examination and found the problem. Got it fixed quickly and then verified all was working properly.
