London, the Electrician came out and was awesome. Super professional and great personality. He didn't try to upsell us on a bunch of stuff, just stated the facts and we sincerely appreciated that. Recently, Jimmy Alvarado installed an EV charger in our garage. Good guy, good experience. I've worked with several other technicians and found them all to be solid people. Give W3 a call! PS - communication is very good. Text messages with a picture of the tech when they're on the way.
