Great customer service - first time got a call back same day, and apt set up within a week for ants and cockroaches in my 70yo house. I'm a diy person, but I finally admitted I couldn't fix this. First time out, ants were gone immediately. I saw a few roaches in the next few weeks, and called. They sent a tech out… Read full review

they never did take care of the bug issue, consistently a week to three weeks late, rude customer service at the office, last straw was they charged me for three months and did not show up for four months, then when they came, I the problem became worse, do not use this company.
