I had an issue with carpenter ants and Walker came out to give me a free examination and quote. Jonathan knew what it was immediately (another competing company didn't have a clie what it was and how to treat it). Brian, the technician, was thorough and when the first treatment was partially successful, he pivoted with a different treatment and has come out twice to make sure what he did, finished the job! Everyone at Walker Pest Management are professional, caring and efficient. I bet you'll be as satisfied as I am with their service and company!

Most positive reviews on here are family and friends! To save costs these folks use 40% of the chemicals versus what they need to use. Had a service for a year and no day went by when I didn’t see a critter in my house! And customer service is horrible. Being family owened for them just means shafting a customer, charging for services not tendered
