Laylen was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain how mosquitoes behave and what specifically impacts our yard, which made a big difference. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing. Highly recommend working with him!

Sargent was highly recommended on a social media post by several people. The office administrator was extremely helpful and quickly responsive. Tyler Steele, our technician, showed up on time, was very thorough, knowledgeable, and personable. He took his time to explain the behavior of ants and our infestation. Since our service days ago, we have not seen one ant, remarkable! We would highly recommend Sergent and Tyler Steele!

I got to know Jonathan Sargent through our BNI Masters of Success chapter, and he's been a great referral partner for Plumbing Heroes. But this review is about what they've done for our house.
Jonathan actually did the work before he led people doing it, and the guy genuinely loves entomology. Ask him about a bug you found and settle in. Down-to-earth, no sales pitch. Our tech Nathan is just as easy to talk to about whatever we're seeing in the house or the yard.
They show up when they say they will, they respect our home in Taylors, SC, and communication is great. And the mosquito treatment gave us our backyard back — my wife is happy, so I'd say it saved my marriage.

Our family met Jonathan Sargent at our local BNI chapter, and it was quickly clear that he loves studying entomology and helping his neighbors. He's an owner who is experienced in his trade and supports everyone around him.
We switched to Sargent Pest Control a few months ago and have been impressed with the professionalism of his team, the timeliness of our appointments and that communication is simple and clear. A few weeks late on posting this - Sorry, Sargent! I wanted to get on here to say that we had a great experience with Tyler. He came out to address some large ants in our backyard and some bees that were very high up on our front gables that we could not treat ourselves.
He was very knowledgeable, friendly and not the pushy salesman type. Work was completed within an hour and gave us some clear options going forward for treatment.
Tyler even came back out few weeks later as some of the bees still seemed to be lingering and haven't seen them since.
Great job Tyler and we highly recommend Sargent Pest Solutions!
