I was not told where I could take my trash, there were no signs to help me, and I had to deal with an incredibly rude worker once inside. I was so irritated…

Had to recycle really old electronics. The people are nice and guided me which container to drop off the items. A convenient location to recycle wide variety of items.

They provide a great service, but I won't deal with people like this again. Such a shame.

They were both exceptionally helpful, professional, friendly, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Their positive attitudes and willingness to assist made the entire experience easy and pleasant. It is rare to come across people who genuinely care about helping others the way Julie and Eddie do.
If everyone were as kind, respectful, and amazing as Julie and Eddie were today, the world would truly be a better place. Their dedication to serving the community reflects very positively on the City of Columbus, and they deserve recognition for their hard work and long years of service.
