Raleigh Morring does an amazing job! And he is so kind and personal with honking the horn for my daughters and waving. They are 2 and 4 years old and they LOVE watching him come pick up the trash. Totally impressed with his friendliness!

Excellent service always, Raleigh Morning is timely each week and very friendly. Our kids love to see him stop by. He honks, waves and makes their day each week.

We've worked with Kevin at Waste Connections for years, and he is sincerely the best! He's attentive, quick to respond, and always goes above and beyond for us. Even as a small account, he makes us feel like a priority and is always willing to work with us when needed. We couldn't ask for better service!

Well I spoke with Melissa Farnan and a lady named Vanessa and they both were very kind and patient and even called me back to make sure that I was OK concerning an issue with Bulk Trash. I’m very happy to be able to speak with customer service representatives as such God bless you and thank you for your time.

Worst trash company out there . Dont pick up your trash half the time and then if you have extra trash on your dumpster they take pictures and charge you $90 extra . This company has no values and can care less about their customers and employees . Do not fall for their lies get any other company !

Excellent service from Anthony Lewis, Jr.! He is always responsive, professional, and quick to schedule our compactor service whenever needed. His attention to customers and willingness to help make the entire process smooth and hassle-free. I highly recommend reaching out to Anthony directly. You won't regret it!

I’ve had a great experience with this trash company & especially with Miranda! She’s been a great help on any questions and concerns I may have & always addresses any situations in a fast paced manner!! 100/10 recommend!!

Araceli is the best!! Super easy to work with and always available.

Brandon has been a huge help! We manage two large condos near TCU and he has gone above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of! He is easy to reach and fast to respond! We are so thankful for Brandon!

We use this Vendor at my company and they are absolutely amazing. They explain quickly but in detail, they left all of the office staff gifts and little cute trash cans. Truly an exceptional company. Anthony Lewis was our main point of contact and was absolutely a doll. I've enjoyed connecting with him!

4/5 stars, taking one off. I don't know what was happening one particular day but not the regular guys on my route. A neighbor who lives across the street and 3 doors down found his garbage can lid in my yard and my recycle bin totally gone. The wind was not blowing that day. 5/5 stars to Brenden (driver) and Raul… Read full review

Samuel has been awesome picking up and taking the rolloff every single time super friendly and very courteous!! It’s a transaction that does not require a friendly smile in customer service, but wow it makes me want to do more business with Waste Connections because of how easy everything has been. In a day and age… Read full review
