Raleigh Morring does an amazing job! And he is so kind and personal with honking the horn for my daughters and waving. They are 2 and 4 years old and they LOVE watching him come pick up the trash. Totally impressed with his friendliness!

Excellent service always, Raleigh Morning is timely each week and very friendly. Our kids love to see him stop by. He honks, waves and makes their day each week.

We've worked with Kevin at Waste Connections for years, and he is sincerely the best! He's attentive, quick to respond, and always goes above and beyond for us. Even as a small account, he makes us feel like a priority and is always willing to work with us when needed. We couldn't ask for better service!

Well I spoke with Melissa Farnan and a lady named Vanessa and they both were very kind and patient and even called me back to make sure that I was OK concerning an issue with Bulk Trash. Worst trash company out there . Dont pick up your trash half the time and then if you have extra trash on your dumpster they take pictures and charge you $90 extra . This company has no values and can care less about their customers and employees . Do not fall for their lies get any other company !

We use this Vendor at my company and they are absolutely amazing. They explain quickly but in detail, they left all of the office staff gifts and little cute trash cans. Truly an exceptional company. Anthony Lewis was our main point of contact and was absolutely a doll. I've enjoyed connecting with him!

A neighbor who lives across the street and 3 doors down found his garbage can lid in my yard and my recycle bin totally gone. Why can't I give 0 stars? These pieces of trash (literally) have increased the monthly rate from $128 to $404 in the past 3 years!!! Stay away. Find another company to do business with.

I have used the service for about 10 years. The monthly fee has more than tripled in that time while the quality of service has drastically decreased. This company has consistently added charges to our bill that are fraudulent. Charged multiple times for over filling our dumpster when photos showed it for a location that was not ours. We always have to check our bill and find “errors “ constantly. Very shady practices.

WOW I wish I could give a negative 20. Poor customer service, charging overloaded for a flap of a box being on the edge of the dumpster.. $100.. Place is a scam. You cant do nothing about their crap service either since you have to use them in Haltom City.

Had many pieces of old heavy decking. Put it out to be picked up on bulk week but for some reason only small portions were picked up during that week.
