Her response was she got an email saying they came but my trash wasn't out which was a lie. They didn't pick it up until this morning. (11/30/23). Now I'm paying for my trash to be picked up and it want be picked up until they fill like they want to pick it up. What's the use of paying the monies if the workers fill like they don't want to pick it up when it's suppose to be.

I've been having issues with my dumpster getting serviced from the start. At first they said it was due to covid and a shortage of drivers which I could understand. Then just recently the week of thanksgiving when they were supposed to service my dumpster they didn't show up. I asked my sales rep if she could give me a discount on my bill for being late or not showing up around those covid times missed but said she could not. I just recently asked if I could get some kind of discount for only servicing my dumpster once in November when they suppose to service it twice a month and the manager who I spoke with this time told me no. I told him I was thinking about changing companies and rather than him trying to offer anything to keep my business he offered to cancel my service right then as if he doesn't value me doing business with them.

I really wish I could give a better review but I cannot. We have not had our 8 yard dumpster serviced in two weeks and probably have not had service but 2-3 times in the past 3 months. I'm paying for weekly service but not getting it. The only reason I am writing the review is that it looks like someone responds. I've been using them for some time at my business. As of today, We've had a FULL bin at my place of business for 6 weeks. We are still paying for the service and there has been NO attempt to fix this issue. I've been calling every weekday for 2 weeks and the only thing I get is "We'll contact someone and get them right on that." every time I call. This is unacceptable and as soon as we find another vendor, we'll be changing the service over.
