The contract states 2 pickups per week which doesn't happen but once a week when available, but still get charged the full amount ($390) per month. Making a complaint of the services only get you the receptionist telling you they will send someone out ASAP, but the driver never shows and we are left with a overflow…

Unresponsive to phone calls or Emails, charging a lot of money but not picking up trash in a timely manner, increase rates without notice. Very unprofessional and un-responsive. Do not use them
