I happened to meet the driver on pick up day . He was very friendly and answered all my questions about the yard waste pick up and old furniture removal. The one thing I really appreciated , they put my trash bins neatly back on the curb in front of my house . Other trash companies just leave them in the street . Started off with problems but the operations manager jack killabrew got involved and got us taken care of promptly. Very professional and prompt.
After my initial review posted on 2.4.22, I contacted the division manager after hours to get an answer on why I was told I was on the schedule for pickup and didn't happen. He responded very quick and resolved my issue. He was very helpful and refunded me for the pickup.
