We have been in our new home for 5 years now and in all that time, there is one Company and most of all, one person we can always count on, MIKE of Waste Pro! He takes his job seriously and cares deeply for his customers satisfaction. Whenever we have too much waste needing to be disposed of, Mike always makes…
Dennis and Dandrea are the most kindest people. Rusty was absolutely the friendliest! Thanks so much for your help and your smile.
Waste Pro is a great company to have and I would recommend them to anyone.
I initially had one star up, but I got reached out to and they worked with me. Apparently my issues were to do with me not getting the notification (if there was one?) About switching from Friday pick up to Wednesday pick up. Maybe the did send one? Can't rule it out. Since then the service has been good.
Do not use this company. Our neighborhood did not have their recycled picked up this week. I called the office and was told they did a "reroute". Meaning my recycle container will not be picked up for three weeks. I asked why we were not told about this and she said they sent out a letter. I asked why a whole…
They have consistently failed to pick our garbage on a weekly bases. Often they combine regular garbage and recycling in the same truck. They fail to follow up on repeated poor performance. Bring back Waste Management.

Over the years we have been missed countless times, I had to call several times to get each issue taken care of. Again, we are being missed after calling and speaking with…
Waste Pro USA bought out the company that did service our address 9/1/2020. For the month of September we have only receiced 1 service instead of the 4 that were scheduled. When you call to speak with supervisor you have to leave a message and they never return your call. They continue to promise we will be out…
After reading all of the Reviews I understand why I am getting poor service from this company it seems to be the norm
