We have been in our new home for 5 years now and in all that time, there is one Company and most of all, one person we can always count on, MIKE of Waste Pro! He takes his job seriously and cares deeply for his customers satisfaction. Whenever we have too much waste needing to be disposed of, Mike always makes…
Dennis and Dandrea are the most kindest people. Every week my 2 year old son waits for the garbage truck and they are nice enough to stop and let him see the truck and what they do and sometimes they even let him help. I am so grateful for them. I happened to meet the driver on pick up day . He was very friendly and answered all my questions about the yard waste pick up and old furniture removal. The one thing I really appreciated , they put my trash bins neatly back on the curb in front of my house . Other trash companies just leave them in the street . Thank you Waste Pro for a job well done.
Waste Pro is a great company to have and I would recommend them to anyone.
Started off with problems but the operations manager jack killabrew got involved and got us taken care of promptly. Very professional and prompt.
Absolutely terrible! I knew better based on the overall rating of 2 stars they currently have on Google. Sadly I was warned by neighbors that this company was a poor choice for many reasons but felt it would be fair to give them a chance and draw my own conclusions. Well, ended up being a regrettable choice. Mostly…
I accidentally forgot to put my trash bin outside this morning but that didn’t stop Tammy and Keith from stopping anyways, coming around my fence, gathering my trash bin and emptying it. I ran out there to apologize and they were so kind about it saying “no problem at all”. During the pandemic they’ve been massively…
One of the worst experiences I've ever had as a customer! Our trash was never picked up, not once! After 3 weeks and a half dozen unkept promises that our trash would be picked up the next day we decided to part ways with waste pro. My advice would be to stay as far away from this company as possible!
