I must commend Mr. Nelson Mendoza and Mr. Marcos Morales of truck number 5330 for an exceptional job at collecting my bulk items. Somethings flew away from the wind and they were kind enough to chase it down and leave no debris behind. They even helped me with an item I forgot to place on the curb.

Roy is great, does a great job for us and is very friendly.
I was running late getting my garbage can to the street. The truck had just gone by but Saheem saw me in his mirror and backed up to make sure he got my garbage can. He didn’t need to do that, but I definitely appreciated him doing so. Nice to see good customer service isn’t always thing of the past.

Always on schedule, never any missed pick up days, friendly workers, don't leave any messes, and puts cans back down probably (ex. Not blocking driveway, not in the road)
Truck 5330 does a great job with pickup! We always appreciate getting rid of some of the more cumbersome trash right from home! Thx you, Nelson and Marcos!

Roy Waldrop with truck 44917 kindly animated the robot arms and gave a cheery honk as a small show for my toddler who absolutely adores the trash truck!! Brian Stepp and DeAndre Williams on truck 533292 are awesome! DeAndre has been servicing my residence for over eight years. My grandson grew up excitedly waiting and watching for the truck to come, knowing they always take the time to stop and talk to him. Now it's the same with my granddaughter. They bring joy to the kids' lives which brings joy to mine.

Jeremiah Shamberger does a wonderful job! Quality work and good service. Truck number: 44773
Truck #4473 has been great! Driver (Jeremiah) is always nice & friendly & does a great job. Never had any issues with Waste Pro & i really appreciate his hard work!!
Absolutely unacceptable service. They have repeatedly missing picked up the trash for two weeks. I called the company but still no one coming. It is solved.
Only had one issue for years that got resolved but recently the collectors act like they have a problem with us and keep throwing our cans every which way, often down in a steep ditch and we have to clean up garbage they left behind... My husband called after the 6'th or 7'th time and they could care less. No Thanks.
