I must commend Mr. Nelson Mendoza and Mr. Marcos Morales of truck number 5330 for an exceptional job at collecting my bulk items. Somethings flew away from the wind and they were kind enough to chase it down and leave no debris behind. They even helped me with an item I forgot to place on the curb.

I was running late getting my garbage can to the street. The truck had just gone by but Saheem saw me in his mirror and backed up to make sure he got my garbage can. Only had one issue for years that got resolved but recently the collectors act like they have a problem with us and keep throwing our cans every which way, often down in a steep ditch and we have to clean up garbage they left behind... My only concern with this company is the time they come to pick up trash. No consistency. Yard waste is very timely and they do good job. Seldom do they drop any of the clippings in the road. All employees are friendly.
