Roy is great, does a great job for us and is very friendly.
I was running late getting my garbage can to the street. The truck had just gone by but Saheem saw me in his mirror and backed up to make sure he got my garbage can. He didn’t need to do that, but I definitely appreciated him doing so. Nice to see good customer service isn’t always thing of the past.
Nelson and Marcos on truck 5330 through Monroe are fantastic guys- always a friendly wave, friendly smile and willing to go above and beyond to grab the extra stuff I have so I don’t have to hold it til next week. Happy to have these guys running our route as I know we are taken care of!

We’ve been cleaning out our kids closets and the bin was very full. Roy took the time to make sure all the trash bags got into the truck. Thanks the truck number 44917!
Roy Waldrop with truck 44917 kindly animated the robot arms and gave a cheery honk as a small show for my toddler who absolutely adores the trash truck!! It's his favorite thing to see every week and Roy made it extra special. Super appreciative to everyone at Waste Pro and every driver that takes the extra bit of…
Waste Pro.is awesome. Brian and Deandre On truck # 0533292 have been the best sanitation workers that our neighborhood has ever had. They are polite, efficient, conscientious and over all great workers
Both of these gentlemen, Brian Stepp and Deandre Williams, are always friendly, they always do a great job and are consistently working hard every time I see them. Our Waste Pro driver Roy Waldrop is wonderful! We never have any issues, our trash/yard debris is always collected on time and completely and our trash cans are always safely deposited back on our lawn. He clearly takes extra care on the job and we appreciate him!
Louis is always great we appreciate he’s service.
Brian Stepp and DeAndre Williams on truck 533292 are awesome! DeAndre has been servicing my residence for over eight years. My grandson grew up excitedly waiting and watching for the truck to come, knowing they always take the time to stop and talk to him. Now it's the same with my granddaughter. They bring joy to the kids' lives which brings joy to mine.

Absolutely unacceptable service. They have repeatedly missing picked up the trash for two weeks. I called the company but still no one coming. It is solved.
Only had one issue for years that got resolved but recently the collectors act like they have a problem with us and keep throwing our cans every which way, often down in a steep ditch and we have to clean up garbage they left behind... My husband called after the 6'th or 7'th time and they could care less. No Thanks.
Mr Morale’s is such a great and professional worker! He’s always on time and goes above and beyond!
Marcos Morales driver truck # 1529 is so Responsible , Professional and always On time. I really like his great service
Rodney M. and Chandler G. are such great business partners to have. We switched from one of the other guys whose service was spotty and unreliable. My only concern with this company is the time they come to pick up trash. No consistency. Yard waste is very timely and they do good job. Seldom do they drop any of the clippings in the road. All employees are friendly.

Excellent service. Mike and Anthony always go the extra mile for the folks in my neighborhood.
Waste Pro is our condo association's provider. They are reliable and do a great job keeping up with our recycling and bulky item pick-up area. This week the crew truly outdid themselves picking up several items left by residents that were messy and not on their list for that day. Not only did they remove everything,…
Service is fairly good except the few times they did not pick up at all. Three gripes I have: 1)The garbage truck picks up our recycling and garbage in the same truck over half the time. Why go to all the trouble to sort and be "Environmentally Conscience" when it all goes to the landfill anyway. 2)Made us sign up…
I had items that needed a special order. Keisha made it simple to schedule and has fabulous customer service skills. Due to an employee illness, my pick up was delayed. The supervisor, Scott Lide, called me and discussed best next steps. He personally drove a truck over VERY early in the morning (before his work…
these people are a fraud they charge you for a whole month when they only give you service for less than half of the month when you talk to customer service they treat you badly they are disrespectful and they don't mind hanging up on you. I really do not recommend this company and I have had the same problem several times, they do what they want
I’ve been Very happy with their service they pick it up when they say they’re going to pick it up you can count on it, and are very reliable. If you think that’s not a big deal try some of the other companies. Recommended to a neighbor. Thank you Waste Pro’s
While my trash was accidentally missed on pick-up day, all I had to do was send an email, and they picked it up the next morning. No questions asked. Excellent and timely customer service.
Arica and Vantice are awesome professionals. These ladies are prompt, responsive and very helpful. Enjoyed working with them.
Happy with Waste Pro. Used them for about 10 years at my home for trash and recycling pick up. Only reason I stopped is my town contracted with a single provider for the whole town this year (prior to that we were mostly on our own with three or four different companies coming through our neighborhood on several…
Excellent service and professional experience for our garbage disposal. Highly recommend this company.
Patti M. from 503-Monroe was absolutely wonderful! She truly cared and went above and beyond to ensure that my husband and I were supported after almost a year of waiting for garbage bins. She supported us, checked in, made sure we were helped, and we finally received our bins and we know that this success was due…
Craig Grant driver of 1260 Indian Land, NC is an Angel on Earth. He goes above and beyond and truly cares about people. Mr. Grant went out of his way to walk up a drive, gather trash cans, empty and return them for elderly ones that may not have been aware of the change in schedule. He also went down our street and…
Dennis Strain and Deandre Williams did an excellent job at my home. They were very thoughtful, professional, and understanding in servicing my needs. Thanks again.
I called today to sign up for a new account and had the pleasure of having Carol work with me. Carol answered all my questions and helped me set up a new account. Great customer service like that provided by Carol is not the norm today and I want to thank her again for all her help.

Just wanted to share a positive review for Waste Pro. As hurricane Ian was on it's way in, they had a plan in place to get everyone serviced before the storm hit. This morning, I saw no less than 4 trucks in my neighborhood on my short drive out to the store. It was obvious that they were working over time to make…

Takisha assist with getting my bulk serviced. She is an awesome customer service representative.
I've had this service for a month now and my trash has only been picked up once. Absolutely horrible service, horrible customer service, and they refused to give me a refund. You would be better off hauling the trash off by yourself than trusting this company to do their job
I highly recommend this company. I myself am a contractor doing some work in the area & spoke directly to Anthony there at the shop. He was able to get me setup & keep my guys working. Thanks Anthony.
I was outside when this guys picked our trash, and I was so impressed by their service that I had to run and actually thank them in person- the nicest guys one can meet! Very organised, hustlers, made quick job of some loose debris I had by the curb, great attitudes both Denis Straiw and Miekel Watkins… everything…

Billy is our guy. Always pleasant. Always making sure area is tidy in a moments time. Thursday p/u in Waxhaw area. He gets 5 stars for his work.
I moved to the area last year and I started using WastePro. The service I received is extremely unacceptable. The reason I chose this company is because it was the only company that serviced this particular area at that time. I’ve had so many issues with them not doing what they are suppose to do. As my house…
MIKE BYRUM HAS BEEN SUPER AWESOME. GREAT GUY. FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL.
