Been with them for 3 yrs they are very unprofessional at the Ocala division, I live in Belleview. their people that answer phones are rude (Ashley , and Carmen) and not caring of your issues they hung up on me and did not resolve the issue they always just throw your trash can anywhere in your yard and they have… Read full review

Inconsistent pick up, Driver looks at you putting out the trash , drive by and waves at you. Supervisor states he can not come back when called. Just poor customer service. A waste of money to deal with.

I don’t understand why some of your men only take the top bag out of the trash can instead of just dumping the can into the back of the truck! So many times there’s been trash left in the can & away they go!
