Adam and his assistant did a great job hauling away 2 upright pianos for me, they were prompt, communicated regularly throughout the process and pricing was very reasonable.
Adam and Paul did a great communicating updates on timing and pricing! Their prices were more affordable than the big name removal companies. They were very respectful with moving my Dad’s possessions after his passing. It is so nice that they donate items to Habitat for Humanity and recycle items. Highly recommend them!
Waste Warriors did a great job clearing some old lumber out of our basement. They arrived on time and removed the lumber for a reasonable price.

5 stars for customer service. Although we didn't use Waste Warriors removal services, my Interaction with them was so positive I wanted to share. We had a hard deadline for a large dining room set to be vacated from the premises, and the organization that agreed to take the set was having their own difficulties finding volunteers to move it. After several rescheduled pickups with that organization, we were getting down to the wire and getting nervous. Waste Warriors graciously scheduled a tentative, last-resort, pickup for the afternoon of our deadline to vacate, and allowed us until noon that day to cancel. Long story short, we did cancel that tentative pickup (the volunteer org came to collect the same morning we had to vacate). I am so grateful to Waste Warriors for their understanding and flexibility. Pricing was upfront and comparable to other companies. Communication was prompt and clear. Phone number is saved in my contacts for the next time I need removal service.
