Great service. They took care of issues right away and with care. Explained process very clearly upfront and followed through. Also performed drywall repair to ceiling and it looks flawless.
The owner was very responsive! Did just what he said he would and dealt with my insurance. Would recommend him to others and will use him again if ever needed.
Jacob and Cyle are both very personable and in command of their trade, intelligent and willing to discuss thoroughly the issues. I appreciate their swiftness and care. Well satisfied to date.
The service techs were professional and knowledgeable of the water damage, and answered all of questions. They explained the drying out process of the water damage and was prompt and on schedule.
Very prompt and professional attitude. Took time to explain what was happening and what was needed. Made recommendations for situation at hand. Would definitely use again if needed, and refer to others.
Thank you for the quick service you provided. My hot water heaters blew a hose on the top and water sprayed all over the basement for several hours. I had significant water damage in my basement. Jose' Alberto Rosado was my technician. He was kind, helpful and full of empathy for my situation. They arrived the…

We had a water pipe burst near the entry of our home in Cary and water spread into the living room. They managed the water damage restoration properly, drying everything out and cleaning up so we could move forward with repairs. They were fast, reliable and professional.
The team’s execution was seamless. Their ability to guide us through each phase with professionalism and clear communication made a significant impact. We truly appreciate their support and highly value the experience.
Our washing machine supply line burst and caused water damage in the laundry room and hallway. Water Damage Pros NC took care of the water damage cleanup, drying, and cleanup work, and the place was back to normal the right way. Professional service, polite crew, and fair cost.
Edit: We had multiple back and forth emails for weeks- trying to get those lines removed, as we kept telling yall that we had documentation (pics) of those inaccuracies. (One example would be the extra dehumidifierS and air moverS in a room that was barely affected and charged 5 days??) No need to save face cause a…
A water line burst in our office overnight, so I called Water Damage Pros NC first thing in the morning. Jose and his crew were here within half an hour, extracted the water, and got industrial dryers running right away. They kept everything clean, worked around our business hours, and documented all the damage so…
I highly recommend this company. Major water damage in master bathroom. I had to call on a Sunday and Steve spoke with me. No one ever expects a water damage incident to happen to them, to hit their home. Most people are inherently careful, always turning off the faucets and making sure drains are working. We were certainly not an exception to the rule, yet I still remember hearing my pregnant wife scream moments after we all walked…
A few years ago, Steve From Water Damage Pros saved my home after a major water damage incident, and I was beyond impressed with their professionalism, speed, and quality of work. Fast forward to this recent storm—we had another emergency, and in the middle of the night they came out right away to help. That kind of…
