I called Water Heater Pros based on the good reviews they had received on Nextdoor. That was around 10 am. By noon, their very professional installation team was at my house and by 1:30, they had my brand new water heater up and running. They did a great job and the price was very reasonable. I also love that…

Water Heater Pros will rock your world with their outstanding service! If I could give them 10 Stars, they would deserve each one. Their prices are competitive, their products are excellent, they show up on time, and their work is outstanding. My thanks to Virgil's team for a super professional job replacing my water heater.
I selected Water Heater Pros (WHP) based on the recommendation of a friend who had used their services and been very satisfied. Water Heater Pros were quite willing to discuss their proposal with me in detail, and answer all my questions to my satisfaction, unlike another party that did not. As a result, WHP…

On Wednesday, September 7, 2023 around 7:00PM, I went to the garage and noticed water leaking out of the water heater. I went online and urgently requested quotes on Angie. My after hours request to the main number was answered quickly; the pricing, scope of work and timing were discussed after quickly troubleshooting. Pro Plumber’s expertise requested to determine if my thoughts were correct on how to proceed. They were. Crew showed up and got me taken care of on time and at the price…
The techs were considerate, they wore plastic booties over their shoes the entire time. So far, I am happy with the water heater. Based on on-line reviews, Bradford White are better than the ones other companies install. The price was definitely lower than all of the large commercial companies in Houston. Let's support 'Mom & Pop's businesses'.
Excellent service for a very competitive price. After just several messages and pictures sent over phone, Jim already gave me an estimate. They came right on time and were very professional. I switched off my A/C during the repair, but it was still very hot in the attic. Still, the guys did an excellent job and now…
