Very satisfied. The price is not only transparent, but entirely reasonable. The guys installed a new Bradford White water heater for me, the RE3 model with the upgraded insulation. I also had them install a titanium powered anode rod, which was also very reasonably priced and they were happy to do. The new unit was a bit wider than my existing old unit, and it barely fit, but they got it in there. They were very quick, tested the T&P valve at the appropriate time during installation, and even included a cheap little leak alarm. The installers were very nice and very respectful. They arrived quickly and got the job done quickly. I am super satisfied with not only the straight forward no non-sense experience, but also the work and the unit itself. I doubt I will ever have to have them out again, but if I do, I will absolutely have this company come out. Good job!

Water Heater Pros definitely live up to the hype so far (install recently completed). The pricing came out exactly as originally quoted with no surprise markups at the end. The two installers were top-tier—respectful, courteous, and completely transparent about the process. Navigating three flights of stairs is no easy task, but they took real care of my home and were exceptionally careful hauling both old units down and getting two new ones up without a scratch. They worked efficiently and kept me informed every step of the way. The only minor ding—and it really isn't a huge deal—was a slight overcharge on the credit card fee. It felt more like a simple oversight on policy or a lack of clarity on the current fee structure rather than an intentional overcharge. Overall, I highly recommend them and would easily use them again if I ever need water heater service or replacement.
