Going through a thorough explanation on how their system differs to some competitors, we decided to get a quote from him. Well, to our surprise not only did we get a better system, but we got a better price. Needless to say we cancelled the original quote and signed up with Chad who was extremely informative and thorough. Our system was installed hassle free and neat. Our neighbor used the company we were going to use first and upon looking at how their install went and was completed I can honestly say we dodged a bullet. We chose Water World after reading so many great reviews online, and we are so happy we did! We specifically requested Chad McCoy, and from the very beginning, he was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with.
Because the numbers in our drinking water were unusually high, we decided to install a reverse osmosis system under our kitchen sink. Nathan was our installation technician, and he was just as wonderful to work with. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job with the installation.
The difference in our water has been amazing! Our drinking water now tastes pure, clean, and fresh—and even our morning coffee tastes noticeably better!
From our initial consultation with Chad through the installation with Nathan, we had an outstanding experience.
We highly recommend Water World, Chad McCoy, and their team. Five stars all the way!

Great experience from start to finish! Chad came out and showed us just how poor our water quality was, and our installer was here the following week. The turnaround was quick, and the difference in our water quality has been incredible—easily 10x better!
We also added the RO tap, and it has been an absolute game changer. Fantastic company with even better employees. We couldn’t be happier and would 100% recommend them!
