Hiring WE Events Chicago for day of coordination was a decision I will never regret! From the very beginning, Jessie was calm, organized, proactive, and incredibly easy to work with. No matter how many changes came up throughout the planning process, she adapted with such grace and always made me feel like everything was under control.
On the wedding day, she worked tirelessly behind the scenes so that my husband and I could simply enjoy every moment. We had multiple locations between where we were getting ready, our ceremony venue, and our reception venue, along with several DIY decor pieces that needed to be set up and then transferred to and from locations. Jessie handled all of it seamlessly. Knowing she was taking care of everything gave me such peace of mind, and every detail came together exactly as I had envisioned.
Beyond being an incredible coordinator, what I admire most about Jessie is her heart for the community. One of the reasons I knew I wanted to book WE Events Chicago was because a portion of their proceeds goes back to organizations that serve the community. It’s clear that Jessie doesn’t just love great events, she genuinely loves serving people, and that shines through in everything she does.
