Jose Rodriguez performed all required services including tensioning of garage door spring system, battery replacement and replaced dim light with professionalism and excellent communication throughout his service call.
Tech was out same day l placed a call for service after baking up into a partially open garage door.
I need a new (builder grade) $1300 door, received an ad, called number, went through AI scheduling, pressed 0 for customer service and asked for a quote instead of sales call. "No, sorry a technician will have to come out". Quote was more than double all other quotes. Wasted their time and mine.
Dillon was great very professional and knowledgeable about the product. Explained the reasons for needing a new door. And helped with the paperwork needed to close the deal. I think Erik was the one that installed the new door. He did a great job too.
Cory came by and serviced my garage door. He was extremely pleasant and educated me on the benefits of annual maintenance. I definitely appreciate his service.
