Tech was out same day l placed a call for service after baking up into a partially open garage door.
Dillon was great very professional and knowledgeable about the product. Explained the reasons for needing a new door. And helped with the paperwork needed to close the deal. I think Erik was the one that installed the new door. He did a great job too.
All went well. I was confused about what to push on the garage controller but the installer told me how I should have done it and now all is fine. Installer was very cordial and knew what he was doing.

William (from Wellborn) arrived on time. He explained exactly what he suggested as replacement parts and let me decide if it was nice to have or need to have. He was thorough in the explanations. I would use Wellborn again (if I need further work done on my garage door - hopefully not)
