Dillon was great very professional and knowledgeable about the product. Explained the reasons for needing a new door. And helped with the paperwork needed to close the deal. I think Erik was the one that installed the new door. He did a great job too.
It was a complete waste of my time and money. I feel It was a scam. We just wanted a tune up. The tech showed up and acted as if we were about to die if we did not replace the entire garage door. He was supposed to do a rebalance. My neighbor was in his back yard and said the tech did nothing. I do not see…
Wellborn showed up on time (in fact a little early). They did a good job explaining my problems and the repairs did not take long to resolve.

I made 2 appointments and they cancelled both times at the last minute. Then they told me in an email that that I cancelled. This is what happens when a big company takes over and uses call centers and “virtual “ assistants. I will go some where else
