I have benefited from Kim Copenhaver's amazing travel magic for over fifteen years! She has fixed more problems and provided more incredible opportunities that I could have ever hoped for. I'd never consider going anywhere else.

The customized guide booklet she created with map and itinerary became our north star, while making check-in for everything a breeze.…

I spoke with Kelly, a travel agent at this facility. I had never used a travel agency before and had several questions about the process. Unfortunately, Kelly was extremely rude and completely unhelpful. When I mentioned that I had already planned certain aspects of my trip, she dismissed them outright, insisting they were wrong. Despite explaining that I was unfamiliar with how travel agencies work, she showed no patience and was incredibly condescending. Her attitude was demeaning, and she asked inappropriate and rude questions, such as, "Where are you gonna stay? You have to sleep somewhere!"—as if I hadn’t already made it clear to her that I am still in the planning process and that is why I reached out to them for help. Rather than guiding me through the process, she was dismissive and unprofessional. This was an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. The level of customer service was absolutely unacceptable. Very disappointed.

I am so grateful for Kelly's guidance on a perfect travel plan with ideal lodging, transit and tours for our Great Britain (8 days, 3 cities, 4 hotels, 2 trains + tours) adventure. The customized guide booklet she created with map and itinerary became our north star, while making check-in for everything a breeze. The only item we did not have pre-set was a car rental on the last day, but Kelly came through (via text) with a source - talk about above and beyond service :) Thank you, Kelly and Welcome Aboard Travel! Your insight and guidance contributed significantly to supporting this lifetime experience and the best travel I ever had!
