Daizy was a wonderful young woman
Really great experience today with the Welleby Vet Hospital during a very stressful situation with a sick budgie (Pesto). The front desk staff (Amy, Mary Beth) showed us kindness, patience, and got us a same-day appointment, as they clearly recognized not just how concerned we were, but the gravity of the situation…
We are so impressed by this clinic. We came home to a sick budgie after being improperly cared for by a pet sitter. We have struggled to find a good avian vet, and they fit us in immediately. Amy and Mary Beth at the front desk were incredibly kind as I was panicking about getting Pesto in his carrier. Lindsay was…
Amazing staff, caring and sweet. Vet was detailed and went the extra mile.
We had the pleasure of meeting Jackie and Dr. Zimandy. They were very knowledgeable about avian care. I brought a quaker and they knew everything about his diet and lifestyle. Their staff was also very friendly and helpful.
I was looking for a better vet for my older bird and definitely found the right place. As soon as I walked in everyone was very friendly. My bird got a very thorough exam and all my questions and concerns were answered. Thank you Dr Zimandy and the entire staff at Welleby Veterinary Hospital for a great experience!
i went for the first time when i got my green cheek conure and the staff was wonderful. they answered all of my questions and you could tell that everyone there loves animals. i brought my fish in because of a scale issue and the staff never once made me feel silly for bringing my fish. when i had to call to cancel…
Very welcoming and kind to everyone. They helped check my Green cheek conure after he got into a fight with his bird brother and was bleeding from his foot. Glad I found someone who was able to take a last minute appointment!
walked in with my finch alive and happy - came out dead after what appears to be over dosed on anesthesia. horrible place
Welleby is wonderful with both of my cockatoos, one that is geriatric. Highly recommend both Dr. Zimandy and Dr. Rodriguez. Staff and vet techs are all incredibly sweet and helpful.
As soon as I contacted the office, they were extremely professional and compassionate and got me in right away to take care of my budgie, Angelou. When I got to the office, Elizabeth was kind and made my feathered baby feel important. Jose, in the back was a wealth of information and Dr. Rodriguez was great and…
Would recommend this vet 10000x. From the moment I called & Amy answered, she was so welcoming and helpful when I had concerns about my bird. Jackie the vet tech was so sweet, but also made us feel so comfortable. Dr. Rodriguez was great and helped us get back on track with how to help my bird who isn't feel so…
Amy, Jose, Dr. Hausammann were all very helpful for our first visit. They were very friendly and explained all our options in regard to our bird. Will be coming back.
They were very accommodating for an emergency visit for our bird when our regular avian vet was unavailable. Very thorough and caring.
Great vet
Everyone was professional and helpful.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! We were referred by Jailyn at Petco on E. Commercial Blvd. for our parakeet Venus (Afrodytee) who had a swollen leg from a tight metal band. The service was SAME-DAY, which was great, and the wait was very short. The location is very easy to find, and the facility grounds were pleasant, with…
Highly recommended! My cockatiel was sick and in pain and the doctor got her better and happy again!
What an incredible veterinary hospital! I brought in my sick cockatiel because he was shivering and feeling stressed and I got to meet Dr. Hausammann. They took his vitals and checked his overall health. Dr. Hausammann was very thorough and took the time to explain all the possible causes and the possible…
If I could give a 10 star review, I would. Wonderful office staff, fabulous vet and the no up selling! I can’t say enough about how wonderful our experience was. We have a 40 year old parrot and going to the vet isn’t her favorite thing to do. Everyone made this office visit very easy.
Very helpful and friendly service.
Excellent service from Tarah and Dr. Hausammann. I brought my goffin cockattoo LARRY. They did the comprehensive well-being examination including: trimming of wings, cutting his nails and beak trimming. The office is very clean and spacious. The office staff is incredibly caring. Top veterinary office in EXOTIC pet…
