Absolutely incredible!! Amy, Lauren, the front desk lady (i didn’t get her name sorry!) and Dr. Zimandy were very helpful, caring, kind and intelligent. I came in with my Ball python and they were very sweet toward him and helpful. I would 100% go again for my baby’s checkups and emergency visits. Amazing first experience at an exotic vet.
Dr. Haussmann and Kev, the vet tech, did an amazing job with my leopard gecko! I have been to other reptile vets before and they were not as gentle or informed as the team at Welleby. They are true experts with great bedside manner. There’s no one else I’d trust my baby with!

Love this practice! They are caring, patient, and knowledgeable. I have hedgehogs, and it can be so hard to find a good vet who will see them (and knows how to care for them). I’ve taken three of my hedgies there, and I can’t recommend them enough. Dr. Hausammann and the entire staff are amazing!
Excellent service and efficient process. From the staff at the counter to the doctors, you can tell everyone loves what they do. My leopard tail gecko made tremendous progress in just a month. Highly recommend!
