We started with We Play Music and Mr. Felix last year, and he has been the best piano teacher for our son. He is very kind and patient, and our son always looks forward to his piano classes. He helped our son complete two RCM levels, and we’re so grateful for his guidance. Mr. Felix listens to the kids, encourages them to be creative, and teaches them based on their interests. At the same time, he gives them a gentle push when needed to keep them motivated and on track with their RCM goals. He is also great at keeping parents updated, with clear communication, planning, and instructions, so we always know what to expect. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better piano teacher for our son. Also, the front desk staff are amazing! They are always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We highly recommend We Play Music to anyone looking for a great music school.

I got a chance to learn piano only now, in my late 40s, a life-long aspiration of mine. I have been blessed to take piano lessons for a couple of years with Mr. Felix- astonishing professional expertise that is a truly next level universe of mastership and proficiency combined with extraordinary talent to make learning memorable , easy and fun! My son had taken viola lessons for about 3 years with several awesome teachers in this school, and that became a foundation for him to be accepted in his new high school orchestra, a highly competitive spot to get. We are super happy and grateful for all! Absolutely best music education experience in the most positive learning environment ever for both my son and myself! Awesome place to learn music for both kids and adults: the teachers are super knowledgeable and experienced and can make what you thought was impossible real for you at any level of your ability. Anyone at any age would love and benefit from learning at We Play Music, trust me. Trust me!!

I'm a 30+ years old and want to learn how to play piano. I tried a few for adult teaching, wasn't quite successful until I met teacher Felix. Felix is very knowledgeable, skillful and most importantly, he knows how to teach me in the best I can. Within 4 weeks from knowing nothing to able to play Top Gun Song, "Hold my hand". Felix is in no doubt the best piano teacher our Irvine area for sure. He shows kind and humor in his lesson but still holds his standard to push me to be better. Definitely highly recommend!! 10/10
