They followed through and persisted until the shades were repaired fully, even sending shades back to HD for further repairs. Kelly in particular fielded many calls and emails from me, always responding quickly and patiently. I highly recommend Wessco Blinds, and will contact them if I ever need new shades.

The Wessco team did a fantastic job going through the options with us and landing on a blind that fits the space perfectly while also being extremely functional. Working with Lance and Amy on our blind selection made the process smooth and enjoyable. Both are very knowlegable and friendly, and were able to guide us through the options. David did a great job on the install and took the time to walk through the functionality. By the time he finished I was very happy to have chosen Wessco. They are worth it!
