I needed a much overdue dryer vent cleaning. I was able to get an appointment time within a day and a half. Roberto and his assistant were EXTREMELY diligent and kept cleaning until everything was clear. They were so thorough and put everything back together nicely. 100% would hire them again.

Roberto and co worker were so very nice and I hate to write this, but they did not clean my roof vent only the air dryer vent behind my dryer. I paid $225 and they were here for 30-35 minutes. The roof vent was supposed to be a part of the cleaning as well. He said he didn't charge me for a dryer connection hose…

West Coast Vent Cleaning, Inc. cleaned our dryer vent after the machine started taking two cycles to dry a normal load. They removed a surprising amount of lint from the line, checked the exterior vent, and left the laundry area clean when they finished. The dryer is working much more efficiently now, and the appointment was quick and straightforward.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear Roberto and his coworker were courteous during your service.
We would like to clarify that the dryer vent was cleaned from the dryer all the way to the roof, and our technicians did access the roof as part of the service. Based on our records, the roof vent was included in the cleaning.
After the service, you requested a $75 refund in exchange for referring us to your neighbors. We respectfully declined because we believe the agreed-upon service was completed in full. The replacement transition hose was provided at no additional charge as a courtesy and was not substituted for any part of the cleaning service.
We strive to provide honest, high-quality service to every customer. If there is anything specific you believe was missed, we are happy to discuss it with you directly.
