Okay, so FYI, This place is only open 4 days a week. I didn't realize that when I chose it, but they have reasonable prices and Dr Benson is really nice.
I recently changed needed to change vets. I was recommended West Lake Hospital. I was not disappointed. They got my dog right in and it was a great experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
Dr Nebeker was great with my reactive, large dog. He was very informative about ways to make my dog's overall health better! Tech, Bobbie, was very understanding about my dog as well. Tech, Tara walked my large, strong dog to my car for me, because I couldn't do it. Tara was so friendly and had such a positive attitude! Great experience!

I have appreciated everytime I have came in the care and sensitivity here is what makes me come back. I have had teeth cleaning, bloodwork, and unfortunately a pet pass. Each of these circumstances I have not felt like a bother, and all my questions answered. Thank you for understanding what our pets mean.
As new patients to Westlake we were very happy with ease of making appointment, staff very helpful and accommodating, in and out in a very timely manner, took great care with my 11 year old boy, will be making appointments for the rest of my kids, thanks ! & nice to meet Dr. Mui.

I have had 2 dogs with West Lake. The one I had to put one down 1 1/2 years ago. I now have a 14 month old that will be brought to them for care. They are good reasonable. Give them a try.
Dr. Bensen and his staff are the best in the valley. My parents drive from Sandy and my father in law drives from Draper to see him because he's so great. He will always give his honest opinion and their prices are always reasonable, I cannot recommend their office enough. Still continue to come to West Lake…
Staff is awesome and super friendly... We also love Dr. Benson... he's a great vet and a great guy. Highly recommend him and this location. Edit: I can no longer recommend this place. Please... literally go anywhere else.

The staff at West Lake Animal Hospital are extremely accommodating and friendly. They are very effective at calming our dog. Our dog becomes quite anxious upon entering the facility, but by the time we leave, he has calmed down and is friendly.
These guys are the best the way we where welcomed to the way my dog 🐕 was taken care of to all of it I have found the best vets in the state and they make it affordable very good with big dog just love you guys
