The West Side service crew of Greg and Chuck arrived right on schedule. Top Gun owner Doug arrived slightly later to pump out the pump reservoir. After Doug left Greg and Chuck proceeded to replace the failed pump quickly and professionally. I am thankful for Noble Septic's prompt and professional response and service.

The crew came out and found where the drain was plugged. Sent a video of the clog and was very helpful in explaining why the sink was backed up. That helps us inform the tenant of the issue.

Rental property had a significant tree root clog. Called West Side Drain and they responded within 24 hours, even though they had a very busy schedule. The clog was cleared plus they did a Root Treatment which should keep roots in check for about a year. They also offered an annual Root Treatment which I signed up for. Thank you, West Side!

My washer drain clogged, water all over the floor. Because they had a repair person in Beaverton I was able to get a same day appointment!! Very courteous, knowledgeable and made sure clog was cleared by running water through the machine 4 times. Small business, gave me a discount for cash/check too! My first time using WSD&S and I am so glad I called. I am very pleased with their fast, professional and friendly service both from the office to the field tech. I called them do to a surprise main drain blockage. I was worked in-between other service calls and upon arrival the clog was cleared within an hour. I will us them again.

They answered my call on Sunday evening and came out the next afternoon to clean out my clogged sewer drain line. Very professional and easy to work with. My problem ended up being a clog in the city line and Greg stayed while the city cleaned there line to make 100% sure I was good to go. Will definitely recommend to others and use again. Thanks!

Contacted West Side for a slow/clogged drain in our basement and was able to get an appointment within 48 hr. Harrison showed up on time, friendly, polite, professional. Identified the problem and was able to clear the drain, restored to full function in about an hour. Money well spent and would definitely contact them again if needed.
