West Side Drain and Septic

The West Side service crew of Greg and Chuck arrived right on schedule. Top Gun owner Doug arrived slightly later to pump out the pump reservoir. After Doug left Greg and Chuck proceeded to replace the failed pump quickly and professionally. I am thankful for Noble Septic's prompt and professional response and service.

Doug was very professional. He arrived on time and gave a clear assessment of the issues. The job was beyond their scope, as it would need extensive excavation. He kindly referred me to a company more equipped for this work. I've worked with West Side several times and have always be very satisfied. I would highly recommend them.

My septic was full last night at 6pm. i called west side drain at that time and they scheduled someone to pump the next day. They texted letting me know they could come 2 hours early which was great. Westside drain answered their 24-hour phone line at midnight, came the next morning and solved my flooding problem. I'm so grateful for the quick turnaround and lesson on how to keep the flooding from happening in the future.
