Had them out to clear a root clog in a rain drain pipe. Technician spent less than 5 minutes with a jetter before telling me that I had to hire a company to excavate the pipe and replace it. I was charged for an hour of work ($395) for 5 minutes of work.

We have been very happy with West Side. We are still waiting on a final part but they have been excellent so far. We would highly recommend them. They are knowledgeable and they seem to have the staff to handle any task!
