Doug was very professional. He arrived on time and gave a clear assessment of the issues. The job was beyond their scope, as it would need extensive excavation. He kindly referred me to a company more equipped for this work. I've worked with West Side several times and have always be very satisfied. I would highly recommend them.

Greg is great! He came by and fixes everything that needs it. He explains the situation super clearly, so you know what to expect. You never want to need to repair your septic system, but if you do these are the guys to go with!

Westside came thru for same day service to clean out my mainline going to my septic. My first time using WSD&S and I am so glad I called. I am very pleased with their fast, professional and friendly service both from the office to the field tech. I called them do to a surprise main drain blockage. I was worked in-between other service calls and upon arrival the clog was cleared within an hour. I will us them again.

They were very professional they let me know exactly what time they were going to be here when they got here they Camered all the sewer lines plus cleaned out a route and one of them

Professional, knowledgeable and very responsive to the urgent repair need when sewage ejector pump system failed and sewage threatened to damage my home. They showed up when they said they would, knew exactly what to do with this older system and even had the parts on their truck to fix it same day! Happy Customer here.

I had a septic pump emergency and they had someone out right away and they did a great job solving and fixing the problem.

The technicians removed failing pump and floats in septic holding tank and left the site clean. Plus they connected the Alarm system that was not functioning before.
