Customers frequently highlight the quality of design and installation services, noting that staff are professional, responsive, and often complete projects on time or within budget. Recurring themes include effective communication, attention to detail, and the ability to incorporate client visions into cohesive landscapes. However, low-star reviews indicate occasional issues with follow-up on estimates and concerns about project impacts on adjacent properties, such as flooding or ordinance violations.

Hello Liz, We're sorry to hear you're disappointed. Providing quality work and being respectful of neighboring properties is important to us, and this is not the typical experience our customers have.
From your review, it sounds like the concerns may be related to the areas near the fence work rather than the landscaping services we completed. We'd like to learn more about the specific issues you're seeing and understand what you would like addressed.
Please reach out to us directly so we can connect, inspect the situation, and work toward a reasonable resolution. You can reach Western DuPage Landscaping at 630-416-0072. We appreciate the opportunity to help.
