Was very unhappy with the service. Called mainly for wasp issue. Told them the wasps were on top of my patio cover and was told that was not a problem they could take care of it. Was also told they would remove cob webs and spray around doors and windows. When technician arrived i was told they cant even get on…

Ernie is great. He came out for the normal service today and said he would put in a service request for some exclusion that should be under warranty. He is very attentive to our issues. I think you should see him as a keeper.

The technician was thorough in his inspection of the property. He explained the extant of the rat infestation and the plan to eradicate it. His people skills are excellent. I was very impressed by his knowledgeability and look forward to working with him.

Joven, my service tech, is outstanding. What makes him outstanding is that he is a true professional. He is consistently thorough in everything he does during his inspections. There are no shortcuts. Communication is great, and all records are well organized.

Called them to come to my home for an ant problem on a Monday morning. Spoke to a young lady who set an appointment for the following afternoon. No one showed up, no one called. I called that evening and spoke to a young man who apologized and told me I was supposed to have someone come on Friday. I told him it was for Tuesday. He apologized again and said someone would be out Wednesday afternoon. No one came Wednesday. I called back Thursday morning to cancel and was told I was still scheduled for Friday. The person I spoke to found in her computer that I did call and they were supposed to come out on Wednesday and offered me a discount. I just canceled and won’t do business with them. They are not reliable.
