Ernesto Castillo is the man, he has been what we needed on this campus. Since day we have had every issue basically dissappear over night. He goes above and beyond with setting the traps the time to explain to myself and the staff about what he is doing and about any sightings. He always goes above and beyond.

I work for the local Starbucks in Vacaville and the service that we get from this company and our pest control person is great. He comes in and make sure everything gets done properly. Always punctual very polite. He listens to every concern that is brought up to him and addresses them immediately.
