Was very unhappy with the service. Called mainly for wasp issue. Told them the wasps were on top of my patio cover and was told that was not a problem they could take care of it. Ernesto Castillo is the man, he has been what we needed on this campus. Since day we have had every issue basically dissappear over night. He goes above and beyond with setting the traps the time to explain to myself and the staff about what he is doing and about any sightings. He always goes above and beyond.

Ernie is great. He came out for the normal service today and said he would put in a service request for some exclusion that should be under warranty. He is very attentive to our issues. I think you should see him as a keeper.

Ernie came by today and I just had to say, I stand by my previous reviews of him. Always very polite and helpful.

I work for the local Starbucks in Vacaville and the service that we get from this company and our pest control person is great. He comes in and make sure everything gets done properly. Always punctual very polite. He listens to every concern that is brought up to him and addresses them immediately.

This morning I submitted a work order for an ant problem at my store. A.J. came in and did an amazing job and was very thorough!! A.J. came and reported what he assessed and told me what he did to help my store with our ant problem.

I appreciate Lee Phasa's flexibility and professionalism. My schedule has been quite unpredictable, and he has been exceptionally cooperative and accommodating. I haven't had the pleasure of working with any other Western exterminator technicians, but I hope they are as helpful as Lee.

Very satisfied with the monthly service we receive, I'm always informed of any changes of the inspection. Employee always speaks with me in regards to concerns or if I notice any activity of any insects. He's always very informative.
