I was exceptionally happy with the service. They were very professional and provide very thorough service.
I would highly recommend Western Rooter. They responded in a timely manner and were extremely friendly and accommodating. The best part was they did not try to upsell me.
Western Rooter was amazing to work with. Within 1 1/2 hours of contacting them, Roberto arrived to fix a slow drain in our shower. He was professional, explained everything clearly and quickly fixed the issue. Will use them again for any plumbing needs.
Jairo is knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He cleared my tub drain on a previous service call and informed me that my water heater was 35 years old, making lots of loud noises. Called to have a clogged drain fixed and a plumber came out in a few hours. Turned out it was a screen filter that gets clogged up so he took it out for us and didn't charge us. Made quick work of the several sink and dishwasher machine draining issues.
The technician arrived too early from what was initially planned and I wasn’t home but I was very thankful they were willing to wait for me to get back from work. I was told over the phone that the price for the service was $125 but in the end my price was $295 and I wasn’t prepared to pay that much. I still…
Friendly & professional service!
Christian was great. Professional, thorough. Would use him again.
Got the job done and a fair price.
Thanks to Shella, Arnold, Marvin and Christian for the quick turnaround...had a clog that they were able to take care of immediately next day, and then promptly address a tiny leak issue free of charge! All of them were really courteous and attentive to our needs - definitely learned a lot about plumbing as well!
Had a drain plugged up , under the house, the crew figured out where the problem was and took care of the problem.
Pablo showed up on time and he took care of all our issues. He cleared our shower drain and replaced the valve on our toilet. Now the shower drains and our toilet no longer leaks! Western Rooter and Pablo are great!
They arrived soon after I called requesting service, they were extremely polite, they quickly diagnosed the problem and offered helpful suggestions re. how to avoid such issues in the future, and they fixed the issue in about 15-20 minutes. Fantastic team and excellent service!
