We had an emergency situation on a commercial roof. Western Rooter came out the same day a few hours after the initial call. They sent me an estimate and after we approved they were out there first thing in the morning the issue was resolved and everyone was happy. We will always call Western Rooter for any plumbing issues in the future.

Appointment was scheduled with a 2 hour window for arrival, which was perfect and arrival was within window. Homer was fantastic in explaining the problem and what needed to be addressed (shower valve cartridge).
