We had an emergency situation on a commercial roof. Western Rooter came out the same day a few hours after the initial call. They sent me an estimate and after we approved they were out there first thing in the morning the issue was resolved and everyone was happy. We will always call Western Rooter for any plumbing issues in the future.

My plumber, Brandon, was great. Very personable and I could tell he knew his trade. He communicated well and made sure that I felt comfortable with the estimate before he began his work. Finally, Brandon didn’t leave until we made sure the leak was completely gone. In addition, he guaranteed his work for one year.
